Pricing FAQ
›Why is Council Mode unlimited on Free?
Because the voices are your provider keys. Charging you to dispatch your prompt to more of your providers would mean charging twice for the same thing. We don't.
›What does the $12 Pro pay for, then?
Cloud infra we actually run on Cloudflare: sync of your .mcp.json + skills + Memory Hub backup; session replay scrubber (30 days); Cost Meter Pro with alerts and CSV export; daily encrypted backup; priority support. Things that need a server to exist.
›Annual billing?
Yes. Pro annual is $99/yr (~31% off $12 × 12). Team annual is −15%. Enterprise is annual by default; perpetual one-time also available.
›Why no usage-based pricing on LLM tokens?
Furx is pass-through — we never see your provider keys or token counts. The subscription pays for the orchestration layer, not your inference spend. If you spend $200/mo on Claude API, that's between you and Anthropic.
›Can I downgrade?
Yes, any time. Downgrade is effective at the end of your paid period. Free features remain; sync/replay/backups pause until you upgrade again.
›Refunds?
14-day no-questions refund via Paddle MoR. Compliance Pack one-time is refundable within 14 days only if not downloaded.
›Sanctions / OFAC?
We do not sell to entities in countries under comprehensive sanctions (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea region). See AUP.
›Education / OSS discount?
Free tier is full-featured and MIT — that's the OSS discount. Pro Edu $6/mo with .edu address on annual plan; contact sales.
›How does the trial work?
First install activates 14 days of Pro automatically. No credit card. On day 15 it auto-reverts to Free, you keep all Free features (which is, again, most things).
›What about VAT / sales tax?
Paddle is the merchant of record. They handle EU VAT, US sales tax, AR Argentina, JP consumption tax automatically. The price you see is the price you pay (tax-inclusive in the EU).
